A rebalancing Sunday Self Care Yoga flow 💜
This chilled flow includes a beautiful balance of poses to stretch & strengthen the body & release tension mentally & physically. Options for all levels of fitness (including beginners)💜
Includes 1 or 2 restorative poses towards the end of the practice to release deep tension from your body & calm the nervous system 💜(You can use pillows & cushions if you wish)
We finish with a guided chakra balancing meditation to complete the rebalancing of our energy body 💜
PILATES Legs, Bum & Core
A varied flow of standing & mat based Pilates to challenge your Legs, Bum & Core muscles. Focusing on alignment, precision & control to tone & strengthen your deep core muscles. 💜
I will demo 3 levels for each exercise. Level 1 is suitable beginners/injuries. Level 2 is intermediate & Level 3 is advanced. You can therefore choose which level is appropriate for your body. 💜
We finish with 10 mins of deep stretches for the back & hips to relax your muscles & calm your mind. 💜
